AI in Motion Summit 2026 · Workshop

Write the Week Once

Seven days of community content in one sitting. Everything from the workshop, written down so you can do it on your own.

Free. Bring one community you belong to.

The short answer

How do you write a week of community posts in one sitting?

Choose one community you belong to but do not own. Find the gap between what people ask and what goes unanswered. Let an AI interview you instead of guessing. Plan seven varied days, then write the posts and sharpen the titles. It takes about an hour, and you keep the final say on every word.

Why this exists

Showing up is a second job.

Showing up in communities every day is a second job. The days you cannot do it are the days people notice.

I posted ten times a day, by hand, across more than a hundred communities. It worked, and it cost me. This is the part I wish I had started with: write the week once, in your own voice, with the thinking done properly, so the posting stops eating your energy.

What you will leave with

A week of posts, ready.

1

Seven days written

For a community you belong to, in your voice.

2

Titles that get opened

The title is all anyone sees in a notification.

3

A rhythm that behaves

Posting that respects other people’s notifications.

The workshop pack

Take it with you.

The handout

One page. The starter prompt, the follow up prompts, the four tips, the spreadsheet columns and the exact category rule.

The slides

All twelve slides, with the Rising Muse examples.

Both files, one download

Pop your email in and the pack downloads here, with a copy in your inbox. You also get every free EPIC tool.

The handout and the slides in one download, and a copy in your inbox. No spam, no passwords.

The full recording of the workshop is part of the paid replay module in Skool, so it is not on this page.

The workshop in seven steps

Do it on your own.

Each step has a finish line, so you know when to move on. Open ChatGPT or Claude in a new tab and leave it empty.

Four tips

Make it read like a person.

1

Post when they are active

Look at when the community is busy, not when you are free.

2

Never the same minute

Stagger communities so it reads like a person, not a tool.

3

The title is the post

It is all members see in their notifications. Write it first.

4

Use the comments filter

Find the threads worth replying to, in your notifications.

Schedule it, if you want to

The spreadsheet.

The tool I showed in the workshop is Steady for Skool, a Chrome extension that schedules and publishes posts to Skool communities. It takes a spreadsheet with six columns, one row per post.

ColumnWhat goes in it
communityThe community’s exact name, the same on every row
categoryThe exact category name, copied from Skool
titleThe post title. It is what shows in notifications
contentThe full post, in double quotes. A blank line inside the quotes makes a new paragraph. Links look like [text](url)
datetimeYour local time, written YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM, for example 2026-11-03 09:30. It must be in the future
imagesFile names split by a semicolon. Leave blank for a text post. Names must match the real files
community,category,title,content,datetime,images
The exact category name rule. Skool categories must match exactly, emoji prefix and all. A plain text guess is rejected. Do not type it from memory: open the new post box in the community, open the category list and copy each name from there.

Steady for Skool has a 7 day free trial. The seven days you wrote today cost nothing to schedule.

Steady runs from your own browser, so the computer needs to be on with Chrome open when a post is due. You do not need Steady to use anything on this page. You can post by hand.

If you want to do this for all your groups

The Group Strategy System 2.0.

A skill and a Notion dashboard. The skill sorts your groups, writes quick posts, and builds a Signature Series, four connected posts that make you the person people go to in one group. If you use Steady, it can turn your finished posts into an import file.

Questions people ask

Before you start.

Do I need ChatGPT or Claude?

You need one AI chat tool you can paste into. The prompts work in ChatGPT, Claude and similar tools.

What if I only have twenty minutes?

Do steps 1 to 4 and plan the seven days, then write one post a day when you have time. A plan you can follow beats a week you never finish.

What if the community is private?

The method works the same. The search and answer engine angle matters less, so focus on being useful to the members.

Can I post these exactly as the AI writes them?

No. Read and edit every post, and check it against the community’s own rules. The AI drafts. You decide.

Do I need Steady for Skool?

No. It is optional, and it only works for Skool communities. Everything in the workshop works without it. If you do want to schedule the week you wrote, it has a 7 day free trial, so that costs nothing.

Can I use the Group Strategy System for client work?

Yes. You keep and may use everything it produces, for yourself and for your clients. The skill itself is one licence for one person and may not be resold or shared.

Is the code still valid?

The code EPICMOTION works until Friday 30 October 2026.
