Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing from EPIC AI Agency. Here is exactly what our policy is, written plainly.
No Refunds on Digital Products
All products sold through epicai.agency are digital — downloads, templates, courses, and memberships. Because digital files and access can be delivered and used immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered.
This is standard practice for digital goods and is consistent with consumer protection regulations for digital content in most jurisdictions.
What We Will Do
While we do not offer refunds, we will do everything in our power to make sure you can access and use what you paid for. If you run into any issue, we want to know about it.
Here is what we can help with:
- Access issues — if your download link is broken or your access was not delivered, we will resend it immediately
- Technical problems — if a file is corrupted, incomplete, or not working as described, we will provide a working replacement
- Alternate delivery — if the platform a product is hosted on (Canva, Google Drive, etc.) is not working for you, we will explore an alternative way to get it to you
- Questions and support — if you need help understanding or using a product, reach out and we will help
Before You Buy
Each product page describes what is included, who it is for, and what you will receive. If you have a question before purchasing, please ask us first. We would rather answer a question upfront than have you purchase something that is not the right fit.
Exceptional Circumstances
In truly exceptional cases — such as accidental duplicate purchases — we will review the situation and use our discretion. Please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction so we can assist.
Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback with your bank or card provider before contacting us, it limits our ability to resolve the issue for you. Please reach out to us directly first — we respond quickly and want to make things right.
