Show up in your groups with purpose, not pressure.
A skill that sorts your groups, writes your posts and plans a month of recognition in one of them. The Notion dashboard keeps the plan in one calm place.
Works in AI tools that support skills. One payment. Use it for yourself and for your clients.

Type “start”. It takes it from there.
It asks one question at a time and stops once it has enough. It only drafts. You read, edit and post everything yourself.
Hello, I’m the Group Strategy skill, made by Charlene Grant at EPIC AI Agency. I help you show up in your online groups with useful posts, without spamming and without burning out.
I only draft. You read, edit and post everything yourself.
What would you like to do?
- Sort my groups and pick where my energy goes
- Write quick posts for one group
- Build a Signature Series: four connected posts for one group
Groups are a second job. This makes it a small one.
Most people are in more groups than they can keep up with, posting when guilt strikes. This gives you a plan sized to the energy you actually have.
Sort
List your groups. It places each one, picks your Core 3 for the month and builds a weekly rhythm that fits your time.
Write
It interviews you one question at a time, then drafts posts in your voice, using only what you tell it about your real work.
Show up
You read, edit and post. The plan, the comments to leave and the follow ups live in your Notion dashboard.
Start with the one you need today.
Sort my groups
Each group placed as Promote, Engage, Learn, Unlock or Network. Your Core 3 for the month. A weekly rhythm that fits your capacity, not someone else’s.
Quick posts
Five post ideas for one group, five drafts of 100 to 150 words, and reply prompts for each. Plus a reusable prompt you can take anywhere.
Signature Series
One connected theme for the month. Four complete posts that build on each other, two comment opportunities a week, an engagement routine and reflection questions.
Schedule with Steady
If you use the Steady for Skool Chrome extension, it turns your finished Skool posts into an import file. You do not need Steady to use anything else.
The skill, and a home for the plan.
The Group Strategy skill
- All four modes in one skill
- Skool first, and also Facebook Groups, Circle, Discord, Slack and LinkedIn
- Asks whether promotion is allowed and follows the answer
- Never invents your experience or results
- Search and AEO phrases built into the Signature Series
The Groups Manager dashboard
- A Notion template for your groups, categories and posting schedule
- Views for top groups, groups with responsibility and groups you can promote in
- Ten tips for managing several groups without burnout
- The skill gives you rows to paste straight in
| Group Name | Group Link | Category |
|---|---|---|
| Your group | skool.com/… | Engage |
| Another one | skool.com/… | Learn |
What it will not do.
A tool you can trust is clear about where it stops.
Post for you
It drafts. You read, edit and post. Nothing is sent without your clear yes.
Invent your expertise
It uses what you tell it. No made up clients, results or experience, and no sounding more experienced than you are.
Promise results
No promises about ranking, traffic, followers or sales. Good posts help. Nothing guarantees.
Override a group’s rules
If a draft clashes with a group’s rules, the draft changes. Always read the group’s own guidelines too.
One payment. Yours to keep.
- The Group Strategy skill, all four modes
- The Groups Manager Notion dashboard
- Use it for yourself and for your clients
- Keep and use everything it produces

Questions people ask first.
Which AI tools does it work in?
Any AI tool that supports skills, including Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Gemini, Manus and Muse. Some plans of some tools do not support skills, so check yours before you buy.
Do I need Notion?
No. The dashboard is a Notion template, and the skill gives you simple tables that also work in any spreadsheet. The template is there if you like Notion.
Do I need Steady for Skool?
No. Steady is an optional Chrome extension, made by EPIC AI Agency, that schedules posts to Skool. It has a 7 day free trial. Mode 4 only exists for people who already use it. Everything else works without it. The skill asks once, and carries on if the answer is no.
Is it only for Skool?
Skool comes first, and modes 1 to 3 also work for Facebook Groups, Circle, Discord, Slack and LinkedIn. Mode 4 is for Skool only.
Can I use it for my clients?
Yes. You may use the skill to create work for clients, and you keep and may use everything it produces. You may not resell or share the skill, alter it, or copy its knowledge out of it.
What happens to what I type?
The skill contains no code and makes no network calls of its own. What you type goes to the AI tool you are using, under that tool’s own privacy terms. Do not paste passwords, keys or other people’s private details. The skill will remind you.
Is this the old Group Strategy System?
It is the next version. The earlier Group Strategy System was a GPT with a Notion template. This one is a skill with the Notion dashboard, with a new Signature Series mode.
I posted by hand, every day, for a year.
I posted ten times a day across more than a hundred communities, by hand. It worked, and it cost me. This is the thinking I wish I had started with: fewer groups, chosen on purpose, with posts that sound like a person and a plan that respects my energy.
Pick your Core 3 this week.
One skill, one dashboard, and a plan that fits the energy you have.
