Terms of Service

By purchasing a product from or using the services of EPIC AI Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Products Only

All products sold through epicai.agency are digital — downloads, online courses, memberships, and coaching sessions. There are no physical goods. You will receive access to your purchase via a link delivered at checkout or by email.

2. Licence to Use

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access and use that product for your own personal purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share access with others, or use any product in a commercial context without prior written permission from EPIC AI Agency.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, templates, course materials, written works, and other assets created and sold by EPIC AI Agency remain the intellectual property of EPIC AI Agency. Your purchase grants a licence to use them — it does not transfer ownership.

4. Payments and Billing

Paid digital products are not on sale at the moment while we move the shop to a new home. Nothing on this site takes a payment, and free products are unlocked with an email address rather than a purchase. When paid products return, this section will name the payment processor handling them before any sale is taken.

Purchases made before the pause were processed by Shopify Payments, with EPIC AI Agency as the seller and merchant of record — responsible for the sale, for collecting any applicable taxes, and for issuing your purchase receipt. Those purchases are unaffected: what you bought is still yours and still available to you.

Payments for services (1:1 sessions, consultations, and coaching) are handled separately and were never processed through the store checkout. They continue as normal.

We do not store your payment card details, and never have.

5. Access and Delivery

Free products are unlocked by giving us your email address and following the sign-in link we send to it. Anything you bought before the pause opens the same way: sign in with the email you used and it is waiting for you.

Some products are hosted on third-party platforms (such as Canva or Google Drive). We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, or outages on those platforms. If you experience access issues, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

6. Refunds

Please read our Refund Policy before purchasing. Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered, but we are committed to resolving any access or quality issues.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any EPIC AI Agency product or service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Reproduce or resell our materials without authorisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from using our materials. All educational content reflects our experience and perspective and should not be taken as professional legal, financial, or medical advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EPIC AI Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our products after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
