Not everyone has someone to talk to. She still deserves somewhere.

Shay's Empower Her Coach was created in memory of Shaytel, as a gentle, judgment-free space for young women aged 13 and up. It is not therapy, and it does not pretend to be. It is a pocket-sized companion that listens, encourages and asks the kind of questions a good mentor would.

What she receives

• A daily check-in, simple and unhurried
• Three personalised affirmations that meet her where she is
• An optional Bible verse, if faith is part of her journey
• Three journal prompts for working out what she is really feeling
• A custom short story, written to encourage her through her moment
